YOU GET BLISTERS.
ALL OVER YOUR FEET.
So...this morning I got dressed and was scrambling to pack my bag the last minute and hurried and grabbed a pair of thick, warm socks. So I would be warmer today because it has been colder. (cause of the stupid snow). And then after school today, I was getting dressed and BAM!
.......
NO SOCKS.
I just thought....oh well. I can deal. I'm a "tough cookie." So I dealt with it in warmups. Then we started doing intervals, and my feet started to sting. I could feel my left heel getting all squishy with a fat blister. I thought I should probably stop, but NO! I am fearless, so I kept going, and ignored the pain. Successfully. Until the warmdown. Then the pain was excruciating. So I limped back and did abs.
And now my feet are cuddling warmly inside of pink, fuzzy socks.
And that is my story of the day.
