Success Feels like a Million Bucks

Today I dropped ten seconds in the 800m. (for track).

I feel complete.

Ok, not really.

But at that moment in the last 100m of the race, I looked up at the clock and saw it flash from

2:28 to

2:29 to

2:30

and I just KNEW that I could make a best time.

The confidence and power that I felt is what did it.

I was so aware of what I was doing.

And all I was doing was going.  And going.

Just moving my legs.

And breathing.

That's all it took.

Mental power leads to physical strength and confidence.

When you BELIEVE that you can really achieve what you desire from the bottom of your heart, you DO IT.
