Summa Splash Swim Meet!

My little sister, named Annie, had her first swim meet tonight!! She did so awesome.  Too bad I didn't take any pictures.  I was busy socializing and warming down after all my races.  And I didn't even think to bring a camera.  Annie did so great though! As my mom said, "She only DQ'd in one event!"  Hallelujah! Disqualification is lame.  I can't remember how Abigail did.  I think she did alright.  She had fun, I know that.  (There were root beer floats afterwards - and we also got hot licks tokens for single scoops! YUM.)  I did pretty great as well....I dropped time in my 50 fly (34 or 35), back (34.08?), and 100 IM (1:13)! Saweet.  But I gained in my free and breast :( .  It's okay.  I'm not fretting about it, which I normally do.  I'm just trying to be happy with whatever results I get.  Unless they are super super lame, like if I gain 20 seconds in a race?  I would NOT be happy.  Ha Ha...I might add that those best times were broken because they were from two or three yrs. ago.  I was racing some ten and twelve year olds cause my times were so old.

I get my wisdom teeth out really soon!  Within two weeks.  Hopefully it doesn't interfere too much with high school swimming.  Maybe a little break will be good....hehe.

Other than that....tomorrow is entry day for the fair!  I'll be submitting my pictures.
