I suppose we all feel like that sometimes.
Like we were just dropped on this planet, sometimes unaware of everything that's happening,
why it's happening.
Sometimes I feel like Tom Hanks in Castaway, screaming and having a fit.
Talking to myself.
Like he talks to his volleyball, Wilson.
Sometimes, I want to BE casted away.
Somewhere by myself and only myself.
And some peaceful feelings.
I watched the sun set today.
There's so much to life.
I'm really glad I feel.
I've felt sad, depressed, confused, angry, frustrated, nervous, misery, inferiority, jealous, and scared. Plus many more.
(and not all right now, at the same time.)
But without feeling those,
I wouldn't feel happy, ecstatic, peaceful, joyous, surprised, lovely grateful and prepared.
That's why it's so important to learn about yourself and your feelings.
I think it's one of the most important things one can do in life to interpret feelings, what causes them, and how to act upon them.
Yeah.
Sometimes, it's okay to be sad.
Because we all wanna be happy.
