i live in Idaho now.
it's all new.
for starters...the wind is like a hurricane.
it's like a desert.
it's pretty warm.
all the trees are gone, (minus a select few large ones).
lots of the grass is dead.
the spiders are too big.
i feel like i almost live in a scene from napoleon dynamite.
i don't know many people here.
but i have made a few friends.
it's an older crowd, but it's all good in the hood.
that means they are just that more ready to find "the one".
one thing i miss so much is cuddling with my little sister.
i am not used to sleeping alone, at all.
there is way too much space in the bed.
in fact, i miss ALL of my family incredibly.
my mama and papa.
and all my siblings.
and my darling little nephew, Daegon.
i just wish i could teleport back home to visit them all.
and just to see my beautiful home,
and all the perfect, colorful leaves
turning yellow and orange
swirling around in the wind.
the more that i am gone from Alaska,
the more i realize that it's my home.
i went on a walk with some new amigos the other day.
and oh my goodness, the Temple is beyond beautiful.
it is just so great, and i can't wait to go soon.
i've also seen just a few bodies of water lately,
and oh man...i'd just like to say that i LOVE water.
well, i think that's all i have to say for now.
ciao, bella.
