i believe in warming hearts

I love that during my workout this morning at the ending stretch of cardio, the song called "Don't Stop" came on. (By Foster the People).

I got tired of my music after a little bit so I switched to Songza.  Which is great, by the way.

I am trying to come up with one I believe statement for class, which is kind of difficult.

I believe in flowers.
I believe in sunny skies.
I believe in big windows.
I believe in getting ready for the day.
I believe in wholesome music.
I believe in dancing. in the rain.
I believe in art, beautiful art.
I believe in Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father.
I believe in my family.
I believe that the sun will rise every morning.
I believe that the stars come out at night.
I believe in happiness.
I believe in a good sense of humor.

I believe in little green frogs, peas under the mattress, princesses, shores made of seashells, dolphins that frolic together, lights, the northern lights, mama moose and her babies, individuality, patience, virtue, love, siblings, painting bedroom walls, playing with doggies and petting cats, watering the lawn, sitting on swing benches, laying in hammocks, walks, pretty names, my mother and father's smile, spiritual relationships, crying, peace, the Holy Spirit, being in God's nature, honesty, good communication, shaking hands, and holding hands.

I believe in looking for the positive.

I believe in helping others.

I believe in working out.  endorphins.

I believe in seeking inspiration.

I believe in quality time with loved ones.

I believe in passions, the passions that encourage us to pursue what is good.

I believe in friendships.

I believe in bike riding.

I believe in water.

I believe in floating on water.

I believe in trees.

I believe in scents.  

The scent of french vanilla candles, the way my mother smells, a large lawn, the breezes of Costa Rica's rainforest's.  They smell like sweet flowers.

I believe in breathing in moments that you are afraid might pass you by oh-so-quickly.  I believe in those moments: when you savor every perfect sight, every feeling you intake is marked of priority in your mind.  I believe in admiring the faces of those you love.  I believe in remembering what was good.  I believe in recording everything you hold dear in your heart.  I believe in noses, they are so cute.

I believe in special things.  I believe in heart warming's.  I believe that eyes can smile.  I believe in hearing smiles. I believe in being kind.  I believe in myself.
