The Previous Events of a Weird Life.

I have a cat, who is very old.
And all she does is vomit and poop everywhere.  Well I think she has only pooped once in my room, but vomited multiple times on my carpet and bed.

It seriously frustrates me.  Not to mention the long cat hair that is spread everywhere, so I look like a furball when I wear hairy clothes in public.

The other night, I walked into my room, and it smelled like pee.  I told my mother, who said that she doubted there would be any pee in my room.  I went back into my room, and the smell was very definite.

So I then sniffed out the disgusting smell (like a dog), expecting to find a wet spot anywhere,
but instead I found hidden in the corner of my room, between shoes and a bag of clothes, a pile of poop.
I then proceeded to pick the crap up with a paper towel, and then threw it into the toilet, because there were no bags in our outside garbage cans.
Except, of course, the crap stuck to the paper towels and I had to shake it off, in fear that the toilet water would splash my face.

Then I scrubbed my floor, and sprayed febreze every square inch of my room.
And then I cleaned my cat's litter box, just to make sure she had room to relieve herself, instead of on my bedroom floor.  I washed my hand probably four times in this process.

This poop incident is only one of the exciting events I have experienced recently.
I also attended youth conference. It went by too quick, really.  And if I could, I would do it all over again.

I finally found a dress to wear.  After finding a completely modest dress online (to the knees, and short sleeve) my mom ordered it, and then a couple days after I found out that they hadnt even made the dress yet.  Sweeet....I didn't even feel like going to the formal dance cause of this.  But I found another dress from my sister, and I loved it.

Here is what the dress looked like:

Beautiful, I know!

But here is my DREAM DRESS:

(aka, the dress I have forever dreamed of owning)

Anyways, life isn't perfect.  We all must learn to get over what bothers us.

Back to Youth Conference.  The first dance, nobody really danced a lot,
so I partied it up with my mom haha.

The second day was cool.
Not as cool as the third though.
The testimony meeting was great,
one of the best I have ever been to.
I could just feel everyone's sincerity, and their love
of the gospel and eachother.

The service project was long and hot.
On the bright side we helped the community and maybe I got a tan.
 A tiny one.

The saturday dance was a success! I had loads of fun.
I am glad I went.

Another accomplishment of mine is that I finished reading all three books for my english summer assignment!
I also wrote a draft of one of my pieces of writing.

I have been slacking on my dryland exercises though, on the other hand.

Today I went to swimming (it was distance day, one of the best ones I have experienced, which is rare).
Then I worked! and then I wrote!
And relaxed the rest of afternoon.
My family then proceeded to tell me that we would be going to the salmon bake.
It was pretty good.  I would have to say the funnest part was sitting on the salmon.
Then we came home and played baseball!

A pretty good week.

I wish time didn't fly.
