Which One is Better?

To be aggressive and in control?  To know you have influence over others because you have confidence in yourself?

Or to be kind to others and influence them through your acts and simplicity?

I like the second one.  But can't I have control over things I need to be in control of AND be nice?

It can be done.  it will be done.  Because I am fearless, followers.
