Last Minute!

So..I was at work and in my shorts and t-shirt when I asked if I was teaching Aquacise... (I wasn't expecting to).  

And GUESS WHAT.  

I WAS.  

I had no lesson plan and no music.  So I got in my suit and hurried out to my car to grab my Aquacise CD (which was thankfully in the cd player) and then I quickly set up everything I needed.  

At least I remembered most of my lesson plan.  

And HERE IS THE EXCITING PART!!  

We were doing arm exercises and then I said: 

"Okay, go ahead and stretch your arms out for a little bit."  And the lady next to me said: 

"Oh this feels so nice! Nobody has every done this stretch here.

How long have you taught?"

"This is my second class!" 

bam! awesomeness!
