it's true.
i wonder if i stopped counting the hours i slept and just went off a schedule of:
"i'm tired. i think i'll sleep now."
would i be a healthier person?
sometimes i think lots of it is in my head.
just because i slept eleven hours doesn't mean i still won't be tired.
just because i slept for only five means i will be tired.
what really matters is that i pay attention to my body and how it feels.
which means that if im feelin' hungry, i should eat.
if i am tired, i should sleep.
if i am sad, i should smile.
if i am happy, i should smile.
i should always smile, no matter what.
